With nearly 25 years of NHS experience across acute, community and commissioning services, I offer a unique combination of clinical expertise, operational leadership and strategic transformation experience. As a registered nurse, I understand healthcare from frontline delivery through to system-wide commissioning and service redesign.

My background spans emergency medicine, acute medicine, patient flow management, continuing healthcare, end of life care and transformation, brokerage, commissioning and large-scale transformation programmes. I have successfully established and led teams, managed multi-million-pound budgets and developed complex cases for change.

I am known for being proactive, solutions-focused and highly collaborative, with a strong track record of improving performance, delivering value for money and creating services that genuinely meet the needs of service users and organisations.
